We invite you to join us for the Annual Morehouse College Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, on Saturday, October 29 at 8 a.m. Continuing our tradition of promoting awareness of breast cancer in men and women, the annual walk helps us to raise funds in support of cancer research.  

Chartered in 1999, by a group of college administrative assistants--all breast cancer survivors--this one-mile walk around the Atlanta University Center (AUC) was created to bring greater awareness and promote preventive care to the Morehouse community. The activity became a signature event for the Morehouse College Women’s Auxiliary which was an active group of women who fundraised on behalf of students and other members of the community who experienced bereavement and other hardships.

As of 2019, Morehouse has donated more than $245,000 to the American Cancer Society (ACS) and has been recognized as the Top Fundraising School and University Team (2015 & 2016). 

Each registration includes a 2022 commemorative t-shirt and a complimentary ticket to the
Pink Frog Affair.
